Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 18-70 years old Patient with anterior shoulder dislocation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patient who need surgery (anterior shoulder dislocation with associate fracture, open fracture) - Allergy to lidocaine - Multiple trauma - Patient who can't place in prone position - Do not give consent
