Ultrasound gel is warmed using ultrasound gel warmer machine (GW-01, Shenzhen Lifeguard-Med Electronics Co., Ltd., Guangdong, China) for 30-60 minutes before ultrasound exam. Temperature is set at 40

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants who were admitted in NICU Siriraj Hospital 2. Preterm <= 32 weeks or birthweight <= 1500 gram 3. Patients who will undergo first cranial ultrasound exam by radiologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body temperature before starting cranial ultrasound exam < 36.5 degree Celcius 2. Prenatally diagnosed brain anomaly 3. Brain anomaly diagnosed by postnatal cranial ultrasound (posterior exclusion) 4. Necrotizing enterocolitis 5. Anorectal malformation
