Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years old Diagnoted STEMI and treated with streptokinase in 12 hours Give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who had contraindication to SK according to the European Society of Cardiology guideline and missing ECG data.
