Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 60 years old 2. History of fall at least 1 time in the past year 3. Can continue exercise at least 30 minutes 4. Can walk independently without gait aids 5. Volunteers or volunteer caregivers have the ability to use technology for Tele-exercise 6. Not currently participating in other research 7. Agree to participate in the training and can give consent on their own
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological diseases that affect lower limb function and balances eg. stroke, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, polyneuropathy. 2. Disease or conditions that contraindicated to light to moderate-intensity exercise 3. Severe cognitive impairment or perception or communication problem 4. Uncorrected visual problem
