Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria Parturients aged 18 - 40 year old Singleton pregnancy ,GA 37-42 week ASA II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Refuse to participate the project BW < 50 kg History of chronic hypertension or Pregnancy induced hypertension Maternal medical morbidity (cardiovascular,cerebrovascular, chronic disease) contraindication to ephedrine drug

Maternal hypotension After intrathecal injection of local anesthesia until delivery Repeat blood pressure every 2.5min until delivery
