Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 60 years or older (2) could walk 10 meters independently (3) had subjective cognitive complaints (4) a slow gait speed (5) were not diagnosed with dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unstable medical conditions (2) severe depression symptom (3) dementia
