93 non hydronephrotic renal stones,described with radiologic study such as Ultrasound IVP or CT will treatment with US PCNL. The primary outcome stone free rate will record. The secondary outcomes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: hydronephrotic or non hydronephrotic renal stone patient who underwent ultrasound guidance percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who indwelled percutaneous nephrostomy catheter before operation
