Serum and plasma NGAL of our snakebites patients are to be compared with the previously published study of NGAL in other populations.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 7 years old who are bitten by snakes and present to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital (KCMH) from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 (or after IRB approval)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is not registered in the KCMH database 2. The bite is confirmed to be from animals other than snakes 3. The patient does not consent to participate in the research
