Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai woman over 18 year old with history of gender reaffirming surgery at least 6 mo

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.women who had sexual intercouse or vaginal douching within 3 days 2.women who had abnormal vaginal discharge, clinical signs of vaginal infection, bleeding, diarrhoea , or urinary tract infection 3.women who had received antibiotic therapy in the previous 4 weeks
