Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 - 50 yrs male and female 2. confirmed diagnosis by physical examination and X-ray : unilateral lateral ankle sprain 3. can follow protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient with fracture 2. other foot and ankle disease 3. Chronic ankle instability or recurrent sprain within 6 weeks 4. DM, impaired fasting glucose ), neurological disease, kidney disease, liver disease, cardiac disease with implanted cardiac pacemaker. 5. on neurotransmitter drug Ex. Tricyclic antidepressants, Anticonvulsants, Betablocker, Vitamin B and Neurotransmitter related drug (Ex Gabapentinoid) 6. pregnancy or suspected
