Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Teenage girls aged 16-15- busy studying- Having a smartphone- No previous academic leap and rejection -no defects or invisible diseases (including acute and chronic physical illnesses, neurological diseases, no use of psychotropic drugs and addiction) -lack of visible physical defects (such as physical disability and physical injuries such as burns or tears, severe short stature, tall stature, obesity or excessive weight loss)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to continue participating in the study-, not participating in at least 2 face-to-face training sessions or not responding in the virtual environment- Do not have a smartphone for virtual training during the study process- Occurrence of any unexpected events affecting life during the study, such as divorce, death and remarriage of parents, etc. during the study
