Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Post medialization thyroplasty performed in Chulalongkorn hospital at least 3 months 2. Well Thai languange communication 3. Age over 18
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Claustrophobia 3. Cannot communicate 4. Other laryngeal disorder, eg. tumor, cancer
