Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with secondary syphilis diagnosed with clinical presentation with supporting laboratory findings 2. Age more than 18 years old 3. Fully conscious and well participated
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to have detailed physical examination or sign the inform consent 2. Uncontrolled psychiatric problems
