Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic insomnia base on ICSD-3 criteria 2. Subthreshold to moderate severity (ISI score 8-21) 3. Age > 18 years old 4. Access to smartphone or tablet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mean sleep efficiency from sleep diary for 2 weeks >/= 85% 2. Comorbid of other sleep disorders (OSA, RLS, Narcolepsy) 3. Comorbid of other neuropsychiatric disorders (Bipolar disorder, Anxiety disorder, Depression, PTSD, Epilepsy)
