Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers aged between 25-70 years, 2. Volunteers have history and physical examination as follow 2.1 Foot or heel pain 2.2 The pain is usually the worst with the first few steps after awakening, although it can also be triggered by long periods of standing or when you get up after sitting. 2.3 Tender at medial tubercle of calcaneus 2.4 Symptom duration regularly between 1-3 months 3. Volunteers were diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. 4. Volunteers have heel pain scores between 4-7 by visual analog scale for pain 5. Volunteers are willing participants with recommendations during the study and signed or fingerprinted by themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of physical therapy for plantar fasciitis including stretch exercise, taping, night splints, etc. within a month ago. 2. Have a history of traditional Thai massage, herbal compression, Take herbal drugs that have a reduced effect on muscle and joint pain within a month ago. 3. Have a history of taking anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroid drugs within 2 weeks. 4. Have a history of injections on the heel within a month ago. 5. Have a history of foot and ankle operation. 6. Have a history of a calcaneal fracture. 7. Foot deformity including Charcot foot, Pes planus, and Pes cavus. 8. Have a history of rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular disorder, paralysis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and deep vein thrombosis. 9. In the contraindications of Court-Type Traditional Thai massage as follow 9.1 Currently, volunteers with acute and chronic diseases such as chickenpox, herpes zoster, tuberculosis, contact dermatitis. 9.2 Open wound on the leg, foot, and heel. 9.3 Have a history of the cancer 9.4 Have a history of leg and foot fracture 9.5 Body temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius 9.6 Blood disorder as follow hemophilia 10. The contraindications of the Taping and Plantar-Fascia stretching are as follow 10.1 Open wound on the leg, foot, and heel. 10.2 Contact dermatitis 11. Pregnancy 12. Runner
