41 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women who have undergone bilateral oophorectomy before menopause Within 10 years since menopause BMI in overweight/obese range (Asian criteria) No history of menopausal hormonal therapy use or wash out more than 3 months before recruitment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Premature ovarian insufficiency (onset of menopause before 40 years) History of cancer, chemotherapy or radiation History of Type 1 or type 2 diabetes, hypertrigleceridemia, immunocompromised host, abnormal thyroid function Contraindication to hormonal therapy (stroke, venous thromboembolism, coronary heart disease, breast cancer, drug hypersensitivity)
