Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 18-60 years old 2.diagonsis thyroid nodule 3.thyroid nodule size1-4cm 4.have indication for needle aspiration 5.stop for off ASA at least 7 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history lidocaine and prilocaine for anaphylaxis 2. size of thyroid nodule less than 1cm and larger than 4 cm
