Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 60 years old 2. Systolic BP<180 mmHg, Diastolic BP <110 mmHg, Heart rate < 100 min. (regular) 3. Able to follow commands and communicate 4. Willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. require gait aids for ambulation 2. severe sensory or proprioceptive impairment 3. orthopedic conditions that impede ambulation 4. uncontrolled medical conditions e.g. active heart failure, uncontrolled arrhythmia, hyperthyroid 5. attending other exercise programs
