Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients age greater than or equal to 18 years old, 2. H. pylori infection, 3. Did not receive prior eradication therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of gastric cancer or gastrectomy, 2. severe concurrent disease or malignancy, 3. pregnant or lactating, 4. alcohol abuse or drug addiction, 5. previous allergic reaction to study drugs, 6. history of taking PPI, bismuth or antibiotics within 4 weeks, 7. subjects declined to participate
