Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Plasmodium falciparum-infected patients in Chanthaburi, Tak, Ubon Ratchathani, and Yala Provinces collected during 2009 -2014.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The samples that were identified as mixed infections by microscopy and species-specific nested PCR will be excluded.
