Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 7 years old who are bitten by snakes and present to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital (KCMH) from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022 (or after IRB approval). 2. Antivenom therapy is indicated
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is not registered in the KCMH database 2. The bite is confirmed to be from animals other than snakes 3. The patient does not consent to participate in the research 4. The patient is allergic to horse-derived products 5. The patient has a history of systemic corticosteroid use or receive medications that might interfere with the study (upon investigators consideration) 4 weeks before the bite
