Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: oral cavity cancer patients oral cavity surgery that has a primary suture and size of the wound more than 2 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification score more than 3 a patient who has the oral mucosal disease a patient who has severe ischemic heart disease, renal disease), connective tissue disease, Liver disease, HIV, Diabetics Mellitus poor control a patient who has coagulation problem or bleeding disorders (Platelet <50,000 or PT, APTT> 1.5x normal control or INR>1.5) allergy to chlorhexidine
