Age
51 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - No history of estrogen use in previous 3 month - No history of medical treatment for OAB in previous 3 month - No current UTI - No postmenopausal bleeding with unknown diagnosis - No contraindication for estrogen therapy such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, VTE, active liver disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patient deny - Exist complication from Pueraria mirifica gel or placebo
