The normal weight group will receive the lived attenuated hepatitis A vaccine 0.5 ml SC (same vaccine and dose as the obesity group) Then we will collect the blood after vaccination around 8 week,The

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children/adolescent aged 6-25 years old who visit at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital (OPD, annual medical check-up, IPD), and volunteer students who has met WHO obesity criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Children/young child/adolescent who received Hepatitis A vaccine - Children/young child/adolescent who has an immunodeficiency or taking any immunosuppressive medication
