Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Coronary artery bypass graft surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. 2. Aged at least 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Involve aortic surgery. 2. Emergency surgery. 3. Prior sternotomy. 4. Prior expose contrast agent within 72 hr preoperative 5. Off-pump CABG converted to on-pump CABG 6. Preoperative serum creatinine more than or equal to 2 mg/dL., need preoperative dialysis or prior kidney transplant. 7. Preoperative ECMO or Need post-op ECMO in 7 days after surgery 8. Died within 7 days postoperative 9. Incomplete data collection
