Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: postpartum women aged 18 to 45, singleton vaginal birth, good health with no underlying illness, and no history of allergy to phenytoin, propranolol, theophylline, or rifampicin. In order to respond to the questions, they needed to be alert and understand Thai. Her baby's birth weight had to be greater than 2499 grams, and there was no illness that would interfere with breastfeeding
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a newborn's postnatal complication requiring intensive care, a drug allergy, and the use of infant formula milk
