Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inform consent provide 2.ASA physical status 1-3 3.Undergoing Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with Carbon dioxide (CO2) insufflation under general anesthesia with controlled ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Consent withdrawn 2.Underlying disease Asthma 3.Underlying disease Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) 4.Underlying disease Pulmonary hypertension 5.Patient with pneumonia 6.Patient with unstable vital signs 7.BMI more than or equal to 30 kg/m2 5.Patient with hypercatabolic disease
