Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-60 years of age 2. ASA physical status classification class I-III 2. Undergoing general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Airway surgery or upper airway obstruction 2. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) 3. Nasal cavity surgery or required nasal packing such as functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), Transnasal endoscopic tumor removal 4. Obesity, BMI) > 35 kg/m2 5. Impair oxygen transport to peripheral tissue such as peripheral artery disease, scleroderma 6.BT < 34 degree celcius 7. Anemia, Hematocrit < 30% 8. Suspected difficult airway 9. baseline oxygen saturation < 95% (SpO2 < 95%) 10. Previously required oxygen therapy
