Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy, both waiting for corneal transplantation and after receiving endothelial keratoplasty 2. Healthy cornea subjects, age 40-90 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to understand and response properly to the question asked 2.Severe visual impairment from ocular surface diseases 3.Severe visual impairment from other ophthalmic diseases such as advance glaucoma, advance age-related macular degeneration (AMD) 4.Significant cataract
