Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years of age 2. Undergoing general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. already intubation 2. have a contraindication for arterial canulation 3.contraindication for ketamine used such as increase ICP, increase IOP, myocardial infraction 4. contraindication for etomidate such as adrenal insufficiency 5.suspected difficult airway
