Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients undergoing TAVR between December 2009 and Mar 2021 at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. The suitability, procedural concern, access site as well as transcatheter heart valve (THV) type and size were determined based on preprocedural multimodality imaging framework including echocardiography, multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) and angiography. Additional ECG, imaging and procedural data required for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with a prior implantation of cardiac device at baseline, or periprocedural incomplete (periprocedural death or unsuccessful procedure).
