Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in ranging of 18-80 years, pancreatic cancer patients were diagnosis pancreatic cancer from histopathology or typical radiologic images techniques, pancreatic cancer had recurrent or with history of other cancers were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pancreatic cancer had recurrent or with history of other cancers, Patient is unable to give informed consent, Non-fasting patients, Patients use of antibiotics, probiotics and lactulose for preceding 4 weeks
