The stroke patients will receive high frequency rTMS stimulating on the head at stroke lesion side (10 Hz, 1000 pulse) combined with low frequency rTMS stimulating on the head at the opposite site o

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20- 80 years old 2. ischemic stroke 3. duration of stroke more than 6 months 4. No uncontrolled serious medical complications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.severe cognitive impairment MMSE < 10 2.cannot totally communicate
