Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with diagnosed unstable thoracolumbar burst fracture single level 2.Patient received surgery by short segment pedicle instrumentation which intermediated screw fixation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple trauma include moderate to severe head injury ,chest injury ,abdominal injury 2.Neurological deficit 3.Consciousness impairment 4.Cognitive function impairment 5.Previously Diagnosed bone tumor, spinal infection and osteoporosis
