Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age at inclusion date of at least 15 years old 2. Diagnosed with CMML by a hematologist at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital during the study period January 2006 to December 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The inability of acquiring patient data 2. Patients with active other cancers 3. Patients with end-stage of chronic diseases including advanced heart disease, renal disease, or liver disease
