The cannabis oil (CBD:THC 1:1) were titrate with dose escalation schedule until achieved the satisfied effect for releasing Parkinson&#039
s symptoms. The maximum duration was 6 weeks. The evaluation of the response of treatment was done every 2 weeks.,The placebo was rice bran oil which had indistinguisable character by color and text

30 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Idiopathic parkinson's disease 2. Using stable doses of anti-Parkinson medication for atleast 30 days 3. Hoehn and Yahr stage 1-4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia 2. Psychiatric disorder 3. Ishcemic heart disease or cerebrovascular disease 4. Cannabis use within 30 days prior the trial
