Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: infertile men with abnormal semen quality serum vitamin D level less than 30 ng/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of allergy or having contraindication to vitamin D supplementation history of vitamin D supplementation within 12 weeks history of genital and groin surgery inflammation around genitalia and varicocele urinary tract infection disease of calcium, phosphorus and bone metabolism severe renal or liver disease
