Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with post-operative primary pterygium excision with remaining corneal epithelial defect at 24 hours after surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other corneal diseases, 2. Limbal stem cells deficiency, 3. Eyelid deformities, 4. Systemic diseases affecting corneal wound healing ex. Sjogren's disease, Thyrotoxicosis, Diabetes Mellitus, 5. Currently taking systemic drugs affecting corneal wound healing ex. Isoretinoin within3 months prior to entering the trial, 6. History of eye surgery, 7. Glaucoma, 8. Having to use topical eyedrops everyday, 9. Ocular malignancy
