Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Man or woman aged 18 or over 2. Patients are able to go to Siriraj hospital 2 times per week 3. Patients are able to provide informed consent 4. Peripheral neuropathic pain diagnosis by the pain specialist 5. Douleur Neuropathique 4 (DN4) greater than or equal to 4 6. Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain greater than or equal to 4 7. Treatment had to be stable for 3 months before recruitment into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Plan surgery within 3 months 2. Central neuropathic pain, stroke, or spinal cord injury 3. History disease of uncontrolled Psychiatric disorders 4. Have trauma, fracture, or open wounds on the area with pain 5. Addiction to alcohol and/or drugs elicit 6. Pregnancy 7. Conditions demanded by the study ex. fever, skin disease on the affected area
