Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-45 years old Thai pregnant women 2. Gestational age 35 weeks or more 3. One or more Risk factors as below GA < 37 weeks Membrane rupture >= 18 hours Intrapartum fever >= 38 o C Teenage pregnancy Previous vaginal delivery Smoking during pregnancy 4. Giving consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous child invasive GBS disease 2. Expected delivery within 4 hours 3. Indicated cesarean section 4. Vaginal bleeding due to placenta previa or placental abruption 5. Antibiotic use within 2 weeks before collecting sample 6. use any suppositories and creams within one week before sampling
