Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Older persons aged 60 years or over, having resided in the government social welfare home for at least one month, having no cognitive impairment, willing to participate in the project at least 3 days a week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Being unable to help themselves with ADL score of <12 points
