Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All upper extremity central venous totally occlusion who need hemodialysis TCC and failed recanalization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients were excluded from the study if they had occlusion of SVC below azygos vein16, aged under 18, refuse the intervention or patient who has a life expectancy of less than 6 months.
