Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) 20/40 or better 2. Spherical equivalent less than or equal -3.0 diopters
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with retinal or macular pathology 2. Visual associated systemic or neurologic diseases 3. Received drugs with known side effects to macula eg. chloroquine ethambutol 4. Previous intraocular surgery or laser within 1 month 5. Inability to cooperated with the examination 6. Have allergic reaction to the eye drops used in the protocol
