Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - solid cancer patients with during chemotherapy any regimen in 2 or 3 week interval - first time of absolute neutrophil count less than 1500 cell/mm3 in day of next cycle or before 24 hour of next cycle - postpone chemotherapy by individual physician - patients can follow up complete blood count (CBC) in next 3 day - ECOG 0-2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - previous radiation within 30 days - bone marrow metastasis - receive prophylaxis granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) - receive systemic immunosuppressive medications - active infection - BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2
