- Photodynamic therapy using 10% Fe-Chlorophyll (CU Pharmacy, in-house preparation) (CH-PDT) as a photosensitizer as a photosensitizer in 20 patients with clinically advanced stage of photoaging foll

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Male or female who has severe photoaging by Glogau classification ( wrinkles at rest, advanced photoaging, obvious discoloration, telangiectasia, visible keratosis) - age 35-90 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - underlying of liver, kidney and cardiovascular disease - pregnancy or lactation women - has underlying skin diseases in the test area - atopic dermatitis and photosensitive rash - use of topical corticosteroids within 2 weeks, systemic corticosteroids within 4 weeks
