Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 18 years old 2. colon stage2 and 3 according to AJCC 8 th staging system 3.pathological approved diagnosed of colon cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participant who has 2 primary cancer 2. Rectal cancer
