Inclusion criteria: 1. All patient who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy 2. All patients were performed duct-to-mucosa anastomosis and Pair-watch suturing technque

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. distant metastasis 2. local unresectable 3. gastric involvement
