30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai Men and women aged 30-50 years 2. Men and women with body mass index higher between 23 and 30 kg/m2 3. Able to read, write and communicate in Thai 4. Voluntarily participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who was diagnosed with chronic diseases 2. had any infection or inflammation 6 months prior to the study 3. Currently taking medication or nutritional supplements 4. Smoking 5. Regularly drinking alcohol 6. Unable to record dietary intake
