18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participant must be at age 18 years or above, has Acute kidney injury stage III, according to the definition of KDIGO AKI 2012, and has urine analysis with urine RBC less than 3/HPF, and urine WBC less than 3/HPF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - CKD defined as persistent glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/min/1.73m2 for at least 3 months. - Pregnancy - Advanced stage of cancer - Single kidney - Previous history of renal replacement therapy within 30 days - History of renal transplantation
