60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) intact global cognitive function confirmed as Korean version of Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE-K) over 24 (b) not diagnosed with neurological or psychiatric disorders affecting cognitive functions (c) those who had a disease requiring medical care (d) able to perform exercise at moderate intensity for 30 minutes continuously

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) presence of visual or auditory impairments (b) experience of any pharmacological or non-pharmacological cognitive treatments within three months (c) medical history of arthritis, severe hypertension, or heart disease
